Best Western Plus Palo Alto Inn & Suites

We were expecting the normal best western, but the staff at this location really went above and beyond. We had fun at the hot pool even the weather being chilly and they had a clean pool and a hot pool as well. The breakfast was also pretty good, eggs, bacon, busquits and gravy, pancakes, and also they had available tea of different flavors. They had granola and other nuts as well for your oatmeal or cereal or your yogurt. I loved the breakfast variations and the fresh fruit. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds too. In San Antonio, I’m looking forward our next visit, thank you!

I've stayed at this hotel once before and I loved my stay that time and that must have been about a year ago. I stayed at this hotel this time for a family event that was close by here and so I checked in a little earlier than 3pm and the man didnt even acknowledge me as he was very busy on his personal phone until I got his attention that I was checking in. When i got my room, it was fine, and so we left to the event. Upon returning, as I'm undoing the beds to sleep, there was a lot of hairs, crumbs, and even a blood stain on the bed sheets!! It was so disgusting but i was too tired to even deal with it and even the beds were horrible to sleep in. I was able to feel the springs of the bed and there was an indentation in the middle of the bed that made it hard for me to sleep. So i had a hard time sleeping in the beds and because of the noise coming from the bathroom. For some odd reason the shower was off but yet the water was running the whole night talk about wasting water! Not even a drop or 2 it was actually running from the faucet...I told the same man who checked me in when I checked out and all he could say is I'm sorry that happened and I'll make sure to tell maintenance and house keeping. No discount no nothing seemed like he didnt even care. Bad hotel and bad service. I don't plan on staying here again.

I was staying here a few days ago and this hotel definitely has some issues. Receptionists were great but first room Ive got the fridge was broken. Second room I’ve got had missing furniture. The third room looked OK but they were BED BUGS. And I was bitten seven times to my leg. Then I change the room in the evening, and when I got to the room, I just checked the bed and there were another bed bugs too!! so don’t go there until hotel make this right!
